We are invested in creating a life-changing impact in the development of young people who want to pursue a career in Engineering. We are regularly getting involved in career events organised by schools, colleges and universities to raise awareness about Engineering careers and our work at FJD Consulting.

We are dedicated to developing and nurturing new talent through apprenticeships, placement year and graduate schemes. We have implemented an annual Wellbeing, Performance and Development Review to ensure all members of our team have a set development plan in place.
My two weeks at FJD Consulting were insightful and fun. Everyone was so welcoming, and I really enjoyed gaining lots of hands-on experience with such a supportive team. There’s a real sense of community across the company, and it was great to see how the values are lived day to day.
