Drawing on our extensive CAD capabilities, we were able to provide accurate 2D modelling, site layout plans and internal building plan with the use of motion based surveying equipment. The traditional methods involved the use of expensive topographical surveys, so we were able to generate time and cost savings by utilising a measuring device to conduct these surveys. Following an initial trial and testing of the measuring
device on existing equipment and building sizes, we found that it provided extensive tools to accurately measure up the size of each location.
By employing surveying methods using the newest technologies, we were able to produce plans in a timely manner. Some of our works could also be repeated for different sites for example to 2d layout of benches, lampposts, train profiles and more. Our submission involved layered PDF files to assist the clients with
reviewing on specific elements, thus enabling them to better manage existing assets.
